Art-Trade: An Electric Rainbow!

She wanted me to draw her main sona "Rainbow" along Electric Eel Cookie (not in a shipping way, more like friends)... With the idea in mind, I made them both in a cool posse forming a neon rainbow lighting with their powers! (if Rainbow has powers, that's it).

I made Rainbow as a cookie here to make this more "logical" (thought, this wasn't the first time, someone else made Rainbow as a cookie alongside Yogurt Cream Cookie as far as I remember...). I made them both illumating in the dark, whereas Eel's hair glows like the lighting (I don't know if I made his "hair" right tbh), Rainbow's wings glow like... Well, a rainbow... Making the lighting and the letters was somewhat fun, it looks like both a graffiti and I love that...!
