Pharis Stormbrand

This is what I've been working on for the past few weeks (not on these lines exclusively). He's my OC for an upcoming Dungeons and Dragons campaign I'm launching with my work buddies; Pharis is basically a flamboyantly unabashedly nerdy love letter to my favorite "power metal" bands.
How nerdy?
His mentor was a pirate bard named Morgan Stormbringer, the ship he apprenticed on was named The Hawkwind, and Morgan, a hatchet-faced, mutton-chopped firbolg with a gravel-gargling bass, was modeled after the late Lemmy Kilmeister of 'Motorhead'; whose rock and roll bonafides began in a space rock concern called 'Hawkwind' which wrote an entire album dedicated to Elric of Melnibone, the albino spell sword mercenary and his demon blade, Stormbringer. 
The fact that my DM caught all of these references brings me unspeakable joy.

P.S. I'm working on a fully colored version, but it surprisingly takes awhile to color coordinate for a tiefling with deep purple skin.
