Outfit sketch

This is for my OC, Yuna Kasai. She's a manager of an abortion clinic in a super city where empaths are a demonized and impoverished minority. To qualify for welfare and unemployment benefits they have to exercise birth control, which is free: but the result is an empathic child has a less than 50/50 chance of surviving their mother's womb. Yuna is a closet empath herself, and, once, an aspiring nurse; like her childhood friend, Tien Yusuke, a former police officer turned handler for the most revered brothel in the under-city, the Pleasure Arcade.
