I heartily agree with the sentiment - by all means post 'em! warts an' all.  But IMO there is nothing good to accomplish by disparaging one's work. Stand behind it,  proudly, whole-heartedly - let it speak for itself.  Yes, the art judges the artist;  you have nothing to be ashamed of.
