2232022 Study

Ethan Becker thumped some stellar advice into my head, 'If you want to turn pro, you gottuh study a pro!'

So I went to safebooru (do NOT go to danbooru, kids!) and I put "bb" in the search box and *BOOM!* there it was, pages upon pages of Baalbuddy art for me to break down. 

 Some things I learned from tracing his work and breaking down his drawings to make a mask:
1)He tappers at the end of his strokes.
2)He "searches" for the shape he wants and uses the extra lines to represent depth. 
3)He keeps his shapes simple and uses line width or "speed" to do the heavy lifting.
4)He keeps the top of the head simple and elaborates as the hair goes down and around. 
5)He puts more detail around the farthest side of her face.
6)He uses the word bubbles, hair, and steam to neatly draw the focus to the jeweled skull (which I would like to think is a Hawkmoon reference, but that could just be wishful thinking).
