I've never done a lying pose before, so, this was fun. 

 I hope posting these "road maps" demystifies the drawing process for some of you. There's not a pose the human body can twist into, boys and girls, that can't be deconstructed into cylinders, cones, boxes and bowls. Just anchor your shapes using the landmarks, like the pelvis and the shoulders, and don't fight the reality of the pose. If the neck, for instance, looks "wrong" to you, the neck isn't wrong: you are. Don't fight the pose, represent it as it is, and then interpret the pose according to taste. The more you practice with real-life poses the more likely they'll stick in your head and collect into a "visual library". 

 P.S. I'm practicing with this figure reference so I can draw a redesign of one of my oldest OC's, Yuna Gasai. I'm getting used to working with a more pronounced physique. I'll have something up by the end of this week, I promise!
