This club is for showcasing portraits of any medium; photography, painting, drawing, digital, all are welcome!

:bulletgreen: If you want to submit a deviation, you must go to the GALLERY, click on SUBMIT TO THIS GALLERY and submit your work to the appropriate folder.
:bulletgreen: You can only submit ONE deviations PER MONTH.

:bulletblack::bulletblack: We do NOT accept: :bulletblack::bulletblack:


:bulletred: Non-portraits. This is obvious, but make sure that the face is shown clearly.
:bulletred: deviantIDs, snapshots, blurry images, noisy photographs and bad quality/light/composition. (This applies to photographs of drawings!)
:bulletred: Body parts, limbs, parts of a face.
:bulletred: Sketches and WIP (work in progress).
:bulletred: Nudes and suggestive poses!
:bulletred: Cartoons in general regardless of form (Traditional, Digital, Photography, etc).
:bulletred: Animal portraits (In any form)
:bulletred: Works with watermarks, including deviantArt watermark..



:bulletblack: Portraits of Conceptual/Fictitious figures are accepted to the Fan art and Miscellaneous folder as long as they're drawn realistically at a certain extent.
:bulletblack: Please, do not complain about certain deviations in our gallery that goes against the group rules. We're only humans. Violating deviations gets removed once a Co-Founder spots them, so it's advised to notify us of the new submissions instead of complaining.
:bulletblack: Since our group has grown into more than 14,000 members, we have decided to judge work by quality, creativity, composition, etc., and we kindly ask you not to be sad/mad when we decline your work and not to be discouraged neither.

Hello friends and watchers!

As some of you may know I had been working on  the online course that would help you learn art fundamentals once and for all! I'm happy to announce that the course is on! Yay!

course starts 10th Oct 2018  - Ends 10th Feb 2019.

I want this course to be an exciting exploration of the methods frequently used by professional artists during their creative processes. I've prepared lessons and exercises that will guide you through elements of visual art through both theoretical and practical painting approach.

Upon completing each lesson you will receive personalized feedback that will help you develop your skills and create outstanding artworks in a comfortable and confident way.

No watermarks?  Funny.  Artists must protect themselves from art theft.  To hell with anyone who says that artists shouldn't watermark their art.  Fuck you, I'm out.
