Fifth Authority official 1

ok, so I will consider this to be the first official strip of the fifth authority and ignore the last one about swine flu.

you see when I decided to make the fifth authority for "the independent" the school newspaper I co-founded I didn't have a clear image in my head on how I should make this comic, so it looked allot like driving home, but now after theis I have a pretty clear mindset on where I want to go with this.

ok so since this is in arabic I have to do a little explanation, the character talking here is one of two character that define the fifth authority, his name literally means the absent conscience (however the translation for it is objective pronoun) it's a play on words that only works in arabic I guess he is more or less the angel on your shoulder only he has allot of negatvie energy stored in from the crap of the world so he's a pretty negative pissed off angel.

the other character the talker conscience (personal pronoun) is a girl with horns and a pitch fork, I'll talk more when she shows up in a strip.

so I wanted to experiment more with this comic than driving home which I hope you like, I hate panels most of the time btw, it's something I got from will eisner he used less and less panels in his work and i seemed to enjoy it.

anyway tell me what you think I'll be translating the actual text soon, my photoshop got erased so once i get it back up I'll start translating. for now all I can tell is that it's about apathy and how that prevents people from voicing their opinions. also lack of goals.
