our brains have a nasty way of telling us we aren't good enough don't they? that somehow, all the bad things that have happened in out life is our fault? here's a newsflash guys, bad stuff in life just happens, it isn't your fault. But what is your fault, is if you choose to let the bad things destroy you. recently one of my friends online has been talking bad about herself, and it got me thinking. Why on earth do we do this? we would never downplay or attack our friends verbally, call out their weakness' and claim that it's their fault, so why do we do that to ourselves? Here's the thing, i'm not going to claim that i am the perfect girl of the world, who knows all. But, i am an experienced human being of 20 years. To some that's not much, to others it's more. i'm just stating what i know and believe.
