That's because people don't pay attention when they submit things and therefore can only submit to the one folder. Eventually it will get sorted to the appropriate folders.

The folder "Original Pirates" is the oc folder essentially. A folder designated for couple will not be created. Depending on who the characters are they will be placed elsewhere. However, as of right now all new artwork is placed into one folder which will be sorted out later.
