Monthly quest: December 2021

At the beginning, the falling rocks.

Then the ashes.

And now the snow.

In the main continents the snow and the cold wind is pretty rare, but with the vulcanic eruption the real winter reached places where it could be just a mirage.

Sadly this weather was sudden and no one was prepared for such an event, so the cultivated fields were covered with snow, the plants froze and all the crops were gone. The cold is bitter and both animals and humanoids in cities feel its effects on every uncovered part.

"Draw or write about your Kiseilian/s with the strange and cold winter that comes on Nhilana after the rocks fall. ”

Here the prompts:

• Cover yourself well, son: the sudden cold has surprised the poor kise, both domesticated and wild as their skin is bare and quite moist. Tell how the kise tries to cope with the cold.

• Prays for Matahari: everybody is shocked. Most humans have decided to embark on the journey to his temple, hoping for some help from the god or hoping to appease the anger of the divine with some prayer or some promise. The kises, for their part, either follow their masters or go there for their own interest if they have a tough enough skin.

• Help others: although the people of Nhilana try to avoid living in the north, there are some small communities that live in the mountains that often help and host the people who undertake the journey to the temple of Matahari. These people are used to the cold but if the snow has come all the way to the tropical zone ... up there it must be unlivable. Start the travels to the mountains trying to help these people as best you can.

• For the knowledge (tamed kises only): scholars are quite dumbfounded and want to know more, so they have held competitions to find people willing to accompany them on their journeys through hostile places. Represent your kise and their handler crossing the mountains and discovering strange decorated stones, remains of creatures, drawings on the rocks of the mountains.

Reward:

Each entry will have a 20% chance to win Iced ancient statue and 30% to win an Ancient small statue. In case of failing, you will receive 4-7 random items from hunting activity.

At every drawing you publish, you have a 40% to get an mystery accessory item (we will release it soon) !

REQUIREMENTS:

• Drawing requirements: complex background, shading and 75% visible Kiseilian.

• Literature requirements: 1000 words.
  
  

If you do not own a kiseilian, you can use a kise of your friends!  If it is a collaboration, both collab partners must submit the art/literature on their gallery/scraps and ask for the rewards linking their part.
