Dandy's World OC- Penny the peacock

I had this Dandy's World OC idea back in August but I couldn't post this earlier because I was busy in my school. I wanted to draw with Qwel's art style, so it could have more Dandy's World atmosphere Also, it's not related to DA's peacock tutorial. And huge thanks to my irl friend for an idea for Penny's twisted ability Anyways here it is!

Description: Penny is an easy- going and very kind toon! She incredibly loves needlework, fashion and helping to her friends! Penny shows children how to be a good and attractive person among people!

Twisted research description: This rarer Twisted is as dangerous as Twisted Main Characters. Her cursed appearance causes the Toons to have serious eye seizures. It's very difficult to escape from this Twisted as her eyes are very attentive and can find toons hiding from them. If you see this Twisted or feel weird, it's better not to take any chances and get away from her, otherwise you'll be in big trouble!

Toon ability: Peacock's tail (Active) : This toon can open her tail that scares Twisteds and increases stealth by 50 units for 15 seconds. Has cooldown for 35 seconds.

Twisted ability(ies): Twisted Penny causes the player's screen to freeze if she is next to them. Her attention span is higher than other Twisteds' attention span (7.5 seconds)

Trinket: Masquerade mask: Increases player's stealth and stamina by 50% if they have one heart left.

Razzle & Dazzle: And how is your tail? Is it ruined by a Twisted? ( I think it looks good as usuall..)

Penny: Oh don't worry about it! I keep it very well!

Razzle & Dazzle: Oh phew! ( See? I knew her tail is fine..)
