Adopted images are provided in high resolution (Hi-Res), without watermarks. If the preview is censored, the downloaded version is uncensored.

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Downloads are available exclusively through the DeviantArt post. No external or alternative download links will be provided, except in cases where the uploaded file is incorrect or corrupted.

Files are automatically packages into ZIP archives to download by DeviantArt . Compatibility with the buyer's device or software is the buyer's responsibility.

Purchased content may be used for personal or commercial projects.

Redistribution, resale, sharing, or uploading the original files outside of DeviantArt is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized redistribution or re-uploading will result in immediate blocking and may lead to DMCA takedown requests.

"Altering" the content, such as removing the watermark, will still be detected by the system even in paid or public galleries. This content will be subject to a DMCA request with immediate blocking.

These rules do not apply to commissions. Commissioned works belong to the client who commissioned them, unless otherwise agreed before work begins. No additional content will be created from commissioned works unless separately negotiated.

Purchasing an adopt does not grant exclusivity, ownership of the artwork, or the right to request its removal or unlisting, unless explicitly stated in the original post before purchase.

All adopts/downloads are non-exclusive. I reserve the right to reuse, repurpose, edit, or create derivative works from the same artwork, including alternate versions, variations, animations, LIVE/Video versions, or other future content.

Any artwork may later receive a LIVE/Video version. These are created at my discretion and are not guaranteed for every image.

I retain all rights to the original artwork except for the usage rights explicitly granted in these terms.

Buyers are responsible for downloading and backing up their purchased files. If content is removed by DeviantArt moderation, replacement files will not be provided.

If the original adopt owner permanently loses access to their account (for example, due to a ban), an unlisted copy may be requested or purchased. Unlisted copies are for backup purposes only and may not be resold, transferred, or redistributed.

By purchasing or downloading any content, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
