TF2 - Schadenfreude

So, my finals are over, and I got top grades on everything. Now I'm debating whether I should submit my final work here or not. Anyway, we celebrated with my class and then I just wanted to relax by finishing this pic I've had waiting on my drive for a while already. Scouts piss me off so much that I needed to draw something about it.
