I think this is my oldest gallery left active online. I have been in Deviantart for almost 20 years. I keep posting because even though many things have changed the spirit is still intact. Focus on the art. In this lapse of time social media appeared and took a lot of the public that roamed in here in the early days. Social media is massive but the main focus of those platforms is not art so they evolved in different ways. For example Instagram developed in the direction of stories, reels and video urging its users in a performative direction, less about the still image and more about acting or showing yourself doing the action. I still prefer just posting my images. I´ll keep doing it as there is still people enjoying them in here. PS: I´ve been wandering why there wasnt a multiple image posting available.
