Cool idea
I like it. I like it a lot. The only thing I can suggest is maybe instead of having bright(or not so bright) colors in the backround and on her shirt keeping them dark. I think this would help bring the blue and white out even more. Great idea though. You should do more with this. Think along the lines of body paint, except with stickers.
