What was this strange cacophonic blend of noise and pain in my head? Was i struck down quite so easily? Surely, if i had been assaulted it would account for the aching swell in my joints. Long lacking in updates...

So, i suppose a lot happened last year. It'll probably be simplest just to make a list...1.) My girl completed the Pharmacy Technician courses at school. 2.) i got recognized for excellence in the History department at school. 3.) The dad-in-law broke his wrist on the Fourth of July. 4.) My mom found out she needs multiple surgical procedures. 5.) People we care about went through illness and recovery. 6.) So, haven't updated in a while...1.) i officially live with Amanda and her parents. No more hiding from her dad. 2.) Semester's already half over. i feel like i'm accomplishing nothing. 3.) Had a random story idea. i lost it... 4.) Slowly putting all of my paranoia into a Nerd File book. Top Secret and such. 5.) Changes at Faire. First year i'm not looking forward to working it. 6.) A couple deaths in my friend's family. Hopefully, no more funerals for a while. 7.) Stood up to my mother. New Semester...

So, school has started once again. Only got into three classes so far. Not happy about that, at all... But, i've emailed the Poetry instructor, so i'm hoping for a miracle. But, the waitlist for Short Fiction is too long. No way i'm getting into that class. So, i give up... i'm only enrolled in Native American Literature, Chicano History, and Asian-American Literature. Only nine units. Only two days of classes a week. But, Amanda managed to get more of the Pharmacy classes she wanted. i'm glad for that. We weren't sure she'd get in.
