Location classified but believed to be somewhere in a European forest, a traveling scientist found the remains of tiny humanoids. They were centuries-old and not much was left of them. It looked like that there was more than one specimen but no bodies completely intact as decay and time did most of its job with little being preserved. While there are plenty of stories of tiny like humanoids both and around the world and just on the continent alone what specifically these were was never identified. While the land was dried when the remains were found evidence shows the place flooding long ago is what likely killed off these creatures. No information was released to the public as the remains were taken for private research.
The scientist, name classified, but for the sake of the story he will be called Dr. A.E Wilson was government-funded for his research, but would need to come up with something groundbreaking to keep being funded. Like a mad scientist he did research into making living
