She's finally done after four years of nothing. Anyway, she's my Stolitz fankid.

•Species: half imp and half owl. Takes more after the imp side.

•Family: illegitimate child between Blitz and Stolas. Lives with Blitz for fourteen years before learning about being related to Stolas, she hasn't met him and is hesitant on it. Loona was adopted by Blitz when Evelynn was ten, they didn't get along that well and are just now starting to. Evelynn knows of Octavia through Blitz and Loona but hasn't met her in person.

•Friends: she doesn't know a lot of people since she isn't very social. Her and Akane are childhood friends, known each other for ten years. Has met Moxxie and Millie a couple of times. While she doesn't know them that well, she does consider them to be quite nice.
