[Concept] Checking the Time In-Game

Here's a problem iPhone users face when they're playing a game and need to check the time: there isn't an easy way to do it. You could either lock the phone and unlock it, or slide down the notification centre. While the notification centre trick may seem easier, when you swipe down, a grabber appears. This is a feature to prevent users from accidentally opening notification centre when they don't want to. I'm not saying it's wrong or anything, but it can get annoying at times.

Personally, I wish notification center was not accessible while in games... I've opened it far more times in games then I would have liked to, and almost every time, it causes me to loose the game, or break connectivity... Still, building off of what apple already has, this isn't a bad idea at all.

Yeah, NC behaves like a completely different app. Thanks anyway.

Well, so long as it behaves differently then it does now, I'll be very happy with it! Still great job

Very good concept! It needs to be added!

There needs to be something like this for Android as well :D

I thought you could reveal Android's NC from anywhere, even in-game. Am I right?

Fraid not... The status bar disappears behind the games and you can't do anything :D

Hmm… that's weird.
