Astel awoke to the sound of an explosion echoing throughout the marsh, horrible screams and wails of people drowning out the ambient howls of animals.
He charged outside as his other teammates looked at him in confusion, awoken by the same sounds he was.
The air grew unbearably hot around him, as the sounds of crashing trees grew ever closer.
Something was coming.
He ran back into the tent, “EVERYONE! GET UP, NOW!” He cried, ushering everyone to their feet as chaos reigned outside.
Cries of confusion and horror drowned out any sound that he made, but the message was clear. Emergency.
Grab your shovels.
Run.
The tent collapsed just as Pipsqueak met them outside, trying desperately to

Careful, Hunter! It's unknown territory out here! Here is your prompt for Week 2! The bog is unforgiving to strangers and you are no exception. You feel sick, dazed. You've wandered into a putrid part of the bog, stranger, and now it must take all of your strength to escape.
— 🌫️ —
A growl escaped Astel’s throat as he waded through the bog.
You’re better than this.
You’re better than this.
You’re better than this.
Cruel world echoed through his brain as he tried to figure out just where in the hell he was, even in this wretched state.
He had been walking through the bog with his team, hunting for any wandering predators. He swore he would not get distracted like he had last week, he would not allow it. He was better than this.
And yet, some fucking how—
He had gotten lost.
No team in sight, no one to save him.
He had to do this on his own.
His head swam the more he walked, and he swore someone was watching him.

Careful, Hunter! It's unknown territory out here! Here is your prompt for Week 1! The air is thick with fog, the trees creak and groan in unfamiliar ways. However the snarls and clicking of familiar predators almost make you feel at home. The Vendetta Blacks hiss and snarl as they circle you, it's time to get to work.

It had been an odd while, traveling to this so-called ‘Deadman’s Cove’. Astel hadn’t talked much as they approached their destination, mostly because he didn’t really… have anything to talk about.
Not like he really wanted to, either. The hell was he supposed to say? He could barely remember anything from his past, and only recently had he truly begun to come out of his shell and get acquainted with his surroundings back in Grimsby.
The tour was short and sweet, if a bit haunting. It felt so familiar, and yet… so unfamiliar at the same time.
His ‘team leader’, Pipsqueak (took all he had to not chuckle
