Vi. Salisan was studying under the venerable Dragonkin when House Vei fell and was more than happy to jump to the call when Vi. Astorian sought him out. His time under draconic tutelage has rubbed off on him. Very good in combat, honorable and loyal, but also extremely prideful and overconfident.
