Description
The Torian's military record is a mixed bag to say the least. As with all Torian things, they are always exploring new and unique ways of combat, being armed with the newest strategies and experimental equipment, they're treated more as a test subject than an actual army. As such, their battles tend to either be spectacular victories or humiliating defeats. The Torian's immense industrial complex has left its land and people ashen covered and sickly.
The Torian Fusiliers currently are equipped with an experimental Arcaster, said to be a mix of Battlemage wands/staves with the accuracy and easy to use design of the Usaltan rifle-platform.

Every military engine has a research and development branch just this is a lot more bigger than I have expected. The mask, I do wonder what it is that gives it its air supply, I assume that it is simple canisters of air or some compressed aer vis. Not sure if this design is stable or even practical but we didn't get anywhere by being afraid of how we can improve things. I do hope that they don't become too ill to continue their forward progress.
