"The Ancient and Enigmatic leader of the Shinsar Union whose past is a mystery to all. A figure shrouded in myth and legend who is speculated to be older than civilization itself. What we do know is that they are an extremely powerful sub-race of the Shantiri (Homo Lupis) known only in ancient records as a 'Starborn'. They are a psionic individual with incomparable telekinetic and telepathic abilities far beyond any contemporary practitioner of the craft. A master mani- wise elder, philosopher, and founder of the utopian Ideological framework known as the 'Greater Good' (A Deterministic philosophy that claims all individuals have a destined duty, and that if they were to fully commit themselves to that task, they would need no other fulfillment.)
