Juno is the Council Representative of the 5th fleet, and has had quite the colorful past with administrative affairs. He is a very serious 'Vee who feels obliged to do all the work he can as most Eevees are quite lazy or silly. As such he can have a nasty temper, even if he means well. Juno came to the Eeveelution Foundation as an immigrant, studying law and eventually serving in the 4th fleet as a trusted Lieutenant under Admiral Wesley during the Eevee Revolution, splitting off from the Pokemon Foundation at large. He would join the 1st fleet after the war until a series of documents arose that heavily damaged his reputation, causing him to resign himself with his wife, Eliza and their family to the 5th fleet. Only recently has he attempted the realm of administration again.
