Foundation Tank

Wow! I've never seen this before! A creative and original design of the Eeveelution' Foundation's making. Never before have scientists of my creation made such a vehicle, especially not of the frigid variety.

Anyways, its a very flimsy hovertank made more for speed and dps rather than actually taking hits. It's ion beam gun is fairly powerful in combat.
