Duke Rizon

Rizon is the Duke of Torius, the head of the Research and Development sector, and one of Aqua's four advisers. He advises her when it comes to research, medical technologies, and industry. He is a pure industrialist and progressive, inventing or helping to invent many important technologies for Flarein life. He's also very skilled in medical and genetic advancements. 

Rizon believes wholeheartedly in industry and technology, and the discovery of 'skydwelling life' only bolstered his need to advance, and deeply desires to one day gather enough Order Cult technology to reverse engineer it and take to the stars himself. He isn't interested much in militarism or cultural matters, nor does he care much about Warper's conservative 'forbidding' of certain technologies and research.
