First off I'd like to say that I have no professional experience in art, so all the contents of this critique will be purely based on opinion

This is a really great piece. Wonderful use of colour, shading, brushes. The color combination works really well and the limited amount of things in the background help keep the focus. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>
There is so much detail in this drawing but the viewer is still able to focus on the overall image. Love the concept too.
I like how you chose to change the way the drawing is broken, more of a rocky texture on her face and a glassier crack in the negative space. I think the concept may have been conveyed a bit better if the cracks stopped at the edge of her face instead of continuing off. The way it looks now makes it seem like the crack is more detached from her (as if on a separate pane of glass) and doesn't have as much of an emotional and immediate connection to your character as it could have. Maybe even a crack in her eye?
I think showing a little bit of emotion may have pulled a little more at my heartstrings, though her neutral expression does give it a really nice effect. The reader is forced to make up their own mind about how she's feeling and make up their own story about how she really is 'damaged'.

All in all, great job. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/t/t…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title="Thumbs Up"/>
A very well done piece <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/c/c…" width="20" height="20" alt="" title="Clap"/>
