Oh thank you!

You're right, orcas fall under the Delphinidae family with dolphins. however, Delphinidae also fall under cetacea infraorder, as well as the parvorder Odontoceti (Toothed whales). It can get a little confusing, but they're all related. :)
The Evolution of Toothed Whales (Restored)
Oh wow, thank you! I'm really happy with how this one turned out too. I wanted to show a lot of color even though the animal is pretty greyscale. I also experimented with my white pens that I would layer markers over, so it just leaves very faint lines. :D

Thanks! I don't know if you're familiar with my prehistoric anatomy illustrations, but I purposely use a bland background for my skeleton and muscle studies because this is supposed to be more educational than a illustration of a prehistoric scene. Google science illustrations and art and you'll notice the focus is on the subject rather than the background (unless the background is part of the topic being taught). When I do the fully restored illustration I do full on background. If you still don't like it then that's fine, I understand. I don't know where you're getting the idea that it's angry. I guess they do have "angry" faces, but I always try to draw my prehistoric reconstructions as animalistic as possible and I avoid the Jurassic Park, movie monster style. Also dunkleosteus is not a dinosaur, they are a prehistoric fish. :)
Dunkleosteus Terrelli Skeleton Study
Thank you for your kind words! Luckily, this is only part 1 of my three part series on toothed whale evolution. I'm going to post all the skeletons throughout the next few weeks, then I'll post the muscle studies i've done on each animals, then a fully restored illustration, showing skin, fat, and all. So a fleshed out pakicetus is on its way! :)

Oh wow, thank you so much! This is my first time ever doing pin-up art. I'm definitely going to do more in the future!
