The debriefing occurred barely after I had been all bandaged up. Kazz had said it wouldn't be like the interrogation I had the first time, but it felt similar. Only real difference was shorter duration but more paperwork. Lots of questions about what happened, and why I did what I did.
I wandered silently through the upper halls of the infirmary building, it was the first time I really had a moment to myself since the battle. The lower floors were full and busy with the critically injured. However the top floors, for recovering patients sleeping off their injuries, was mostly silent.
