El Susurro

Looking at PMDu's population stats and I saw that all the Mismagius in that group are female and I was all "THAT SHALL NOT DO" but this character initially wasn't for PMDu so I kinda defeated the purpose for making him. Oh well you'll see him sooner (or later).

When he is asleep, he hides himself within the foliage, but when it's night, El Susurro comes to life. He believes himself to be a Cacturne in a past life (but honestly, who wouldn't?), as he is quite fond of the dryness that the deserts, in which he lives in, give him. Rumors have it that he haunts the dreams of those he passes through, but many reports say that they get their dreams "intercepted" by a weird whisper. Some of those reports have the person's dreams change drastically upon the sound.

His nature would be Bold and his characteristic Mischievous. You have been warned.
