This is Wisp. Or at least a ponified version of her.

She's from an obscure Anime from the 1980s. Can anybody guess which one without Googling it?

Fun fact, after Connie Maheswaran she's the character that I've had to turn down the most "adult" plushie commissions for. Her fandom seems to consist mostly of middle aged white women, and is EXTREMELY CREEPY.

Seriously, if you think that Pokemon and Steven Universe has a lot of R34 art then you've not seen the Wisp fandom. It's on a totally different level. I'm not saying that it's wall to wall porn but ... it make the Onceler fandom seem PG-13 by comparison.
