Wallace is a walleye fish from Imp City who's a typical person in Hell, but a bit nicer than expected. One day, while swimming, he ends up getting a hook in his mouth. Then he was lifted by Stella's fishing rod. Wallace asked her why she was fishing there, Stella explained that she was making fish and chips. Wallace was about to leave until Stella tells him that she's hiring someone to kill her husband since Striker and Guardy continue to fail every time. Stella offer to join her squad, but Wallace was skeptical about it until she promised him a payment of $10,000 since Wallace having minor financial issues. Wallace accepted the offer to join. So Wallace meets Guardy & Striker, at first, Striker is not a fan of him at first and Guardy surprisingly knows him in Lake Erie when he was part of the D.H.O.R.K.S. In the end, Striker accepted him as a member.
