The Watcher's Messenger

I had art block for a bit, and decided to draw another cephalopod human creature. I have the Watcher (or Oracle) (Watcher of the Deep), this guy (the Messenger), and a handmaiden for the Watcher designed. The Watcher is the highest ranked figure in their society, and they are always females, as well as their handmaidens. I figure they're a race of squid and octopus like creatures that rule over the oceans in civilizations (like Atlantis) and do what they can to live sustainably and try to keep the oceans safe. They also hate humans because of how much they're messing up the ocean, and do what they can to sink ships and mess up human activity, as well as trying to reverse the damage humans are doing.
