The Past

The reason Nick is such an edgelord. 

I don't write enough about my characters' backstories. One night, when Nick was out with some friends, he heard a scream. Although the others tried to convince him to ignore it, Nick ran to the source, only to find Cassius threatening a young woman. After a scuffle, Nick was left the obvious loser. Cassius, determined to cement his victory, drank Nick's blood, turning him into a vampire. Cassius also killed the young woman. 

I could add more, but I don't feel like it right now. I hope this turned out alright, I put a lot of effort into it. Also: Any critiques and suggestions are welcome and much appreciated!
