Covfefe 4 President

As the title says, his name is Covfefe and he's the president of the United States. He's a member of the Illuminati and though he's not the first lizard president, he's the first one who's open about it.

He's obviously based off of a frill-necked lizard, which has got to be my favorite lizard species. So when he gets flustered or excited his frill pops up and it embarrasses him even more.
