This NetIn monitor is a bit improved over other of my NetIn monitors. This one will update the total roundline border better than previous - new min/max allows this.
Then there is is the aesthetics. There is an alternative image in the Resources folder, it is simpler and allows easier reading of the text. (Requires some editing).

I have bee making this skin for a while since it isn't a straight forward idea, but is functioning to a very high standard.

*Outer edge shows net in traffic (downloads) down to multiplying in Bits up tp 60 MBps.
*If you operate a laptop and have various wi-fi locations, the skin will reflect the connection type, if is using a VPN or not or simply open internet will show when a clear difference in connection type.

*A nice optional added feature is hidden behind the middle text. Rt-click and the term 'release' will show. Rt clicking to completely disappear from open channels instantly.

*Rt click again and the term 'renew' will show, left click and internet is completely restored.

If using this causes your wi-fi to require or re-require a password, this function might be best on standard net in monitoring.

Requires MSIAfterburner to be installed before this will report anything. There is also a Rainmeter plugin msiafterburner.dll.
