Hello, I recently joined as a co-founder and would like to introduce myself.
This is a wonderful group and I hope to be able to add contibutions from my areas of interest and generate activity for the benefit of group participators.
I was a Dr Who fan from my childhood in the 1960s, remembering all of the Doctors- and of course very much a Dalek fan!
A little later I was Dr Who's accountant for a time (it sounds better than Worzel Gummidge's accountant) and I suppose my base is fiirmly in the Doctors of the 60s and 70's. I even remember seeing the films with Pete Cushing as Dr Who at the cinema!
I also enjoyed Star Trek TOS, Star Trek Voyager, UFO and Blakes 7, with mentions to 'The flip side of Dominoc Hyde' and 'Anothe flip for Dominic'. Saw the original Star Wars at the cinema but didnt really get into it after that.
In book terms, I like many short stories but also particulaly enjoyed the Edgar Rice Burroughs Mars (Barsoom) and Venus (Amtor) series.
I hope to discuss some of these stories and submit illustrations of others. Feedback and chat is always appreciated!

The Featured folder is now off limits to members, only Admins can choose what goes into it. Contributors and Co-founders can submit unlimited deviations Gallery Submission Rules We will will accept most art which is submitted to the group as long as it is of a high standard. Also, we will allow Sci-fi deviations which contain nudity into our gallery. I think a folder where you can submit sci-fi buildings or general architecture would be neat, I have an artpiece of a futuristic/sci-fi apartment that I would like to submit to the group but I'm unsure of where to put it.
Greetings from my side of clear space. Found this group while looking around and was just like Wow! Awesome! This artwork around DA is making me want to get back to my painting. I have been influenced by Bob Ross and the Sy Fy world!
