If you sent me a note to commission a patient file and you didn't get any reply, that means you're on the list and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
I received a LOT of those and focused on making a proper list and replying to people who had not sent enough informations.. then I forgot to reply confirmations to those that were just fine.
So yeah, no reply means I'll send you your patient's sketch as soon as I can (or I'll get everything done in one go if you happen to be on my stream when I'm working on it.)
