Buying an adoptable means you have read and accepted the T.O.S, and consent to crediting me for the original design.

Payment Process

► Purchase claims are reached through comments on the adopt submission only. Notes asking to place bids or ab an adopt will be ignored.
► PAYPAL ONLY, unless otherwise stated.
► The payment must be in USD. 
► Please send payment within 48 hours unless otherwise stated. You will lose your claim to the adopt if I do not receive payment in a timely manner. 
►After purchase has been cleared you'll always receive a full resolution file of the adopt with a transparent background.
►No refunds of any sort, including Paypal chargebacks

Copyright / Usage Policy

► I retain partial rights to all my original designs, which means I can reuse them and my original work on promotional items, with proper credits to the owner if able to.
►Purchasing a character from me means: You are allowed to use it as a personal character, treat it as a OC. However, you may not, by any means, use it for commercial or non-commercial profit.
►You can resell for the same price you got them for, gifting or trading is fine too as long as you let me know who the new owner is.
► If you wish to use the character to make any type of profit, you will have to commission me commercially. We will discuss prices privately and you must let me know EXACTLY what you will be using my character design for.
