Selective Coloring

Based on the same principles as Selective HSV, this GIMP action will manipulate the color balance and overall color tone both inside and outside a selection.

Using this action in combination with the Selective HSV action for example will provide an easy way to selectively add a sepia tone to part of an image. To do this, first completely desaturate the area to be converted to sepia using the HSV action. Next change the shadow color balance using this action, setting the Cyan/Red channel to +30 and the Yellow/Blue channel to -30. And presto: a selectively applied sepia colouring
