i promised to post some better pictures of the viking cake
in most of my photos there was alot of clutter in the background so i had my wonderful daughter clean up the background on two photos, front and back

I just found this on Facebook and may I just say this is one of the most amazing things that has ever come up in my news feed. My Mother used to make all kinds of quite ambitious and fanciful cakes but this is in another league!!

Yeah it took a while to make all the pieces........and then the better part of two days to bake and assemble.
