Bio:

Kaiōshin (God of the World Kings) are born as Shinjin from a rare, golden fruit of the gigantic Kaiju (World Tree) on their home planet of Kaishin (World Core). The Shinjin population averages around 80, and they have no gender. They live laid-back lives, studying various things about the universe at a school-like castle until a Kaiō or Kaiōshin dies. The replacement is then typically chosen from among them by lottery. Those lucky enough to be chosen for a Kaiōshin position are brought to the Kaiōshin Realm; one of a few special realms completely separate from the main structure of their respective universe. The Kaiōshin live on this sacred world with their attendant, which not even the Grand Kaiō is typically permitted to enter. The Kaiōshin Realm’s separated position from the rest of the universe enables the Kaiōshin to oversee both the afterlife and universe.

The Kaiōshin of Universe 10, Gowasu, decided to train his assistant, Zamasu, to serve as his successor due to his impressively honed strength. However, in AGE 779, Trunks from the future world arrives with news of a new threat to his timeline; the mysterious Gokū Black. After investigating and attempting to piece together his origin, the heroes set their sights on Zamasu. The Kaiōshin assistant's twisted sense of justice and his obsession with Gokū's progression of divine power send him spiraling. It isn't long before Zamasu reveals his true nature,...but is quickly silenced at the hand of Hakaishin Beerus.

Notes:

Only Gold Fruit Shinjin become Kaiōshin. So, for consistency with my project's internal rules, Zamasu is a Gold Fruit Shinjin that serves as an assistant to the Kaiōshin rather than a Kaiō. Also, like all Shinjin, his eyes are pure black before he makes the full on change to be evil.
