Eliza's ultimate spell: fire and lightning formed together into a sphere of pure destruction. Seemingly simple in execution, but the most efficient container for the amount of power she can load into it, enough to vaporize anything in the blast radius with only a smoldering crater remaining. Unlike the average fireball, it'll also overwhelm most magic resistances, bringing woe to any who try to shield against it. What it has in power though, it lacks in speed, as the spell has to be charged up, then drawn back and thrown at the target. During travel the sphere expands and will snag onto foes unfortunate enough to touch any part of it, meaning that there's no such thing as a grazing blow. Yet a mobile target can still dodge it and Eliza is vulnerable to counterattack while casting, making it most effective on stunned/trapped targets, or targets so slow or large that they can't dodge. There's also collateral damage to take into account when casting it.
Safe to say, this was never an everyday spell for her, being reserved for things that really needed that extra effort to be destroyed. (Unless you get her in an RPG game... *cough*) Her and Kat can also take things to the next level with a combo ultimate, to date used only once.
It was about time I tried drawing Eliza and fire again. The last time I tried was 2013 and it was so derpy I never posted it outside of PregChan. Not that this drawing is at the top of my game either, but it gets the job done.
