I don't normally make posts like this, but I am a bit frustrated. Honestly, to a degree I think this a pretty crazy topic to have to talk about, as it's not something I expected to occur so soon. You know, this is the kind of thing I expected to occur when we reached a technological singularity. But here we are. Now, I am just going to say this upfront. If you are an AI artist, sorry... you might not like what I have to say on this topic. AI can be used as a tool, but the way I see it being used isn't as a tool, but as a crutch, or as a fabrication of one's capability and skill. To be frank, I hate AI art at this point because I have put in so much work and time trying to improve, and now all of a sudden people can just make money by typing in a few words and then selling them as adoptables or pretending like they drew it themselves without AI and offering commissions? I don't understand the logic that goes behind the idea that this is okay. That's not your skill, that's a computer
