I was in Japan from 19th to 30th January. (photos are in a ZIP file. Use a photo viewer) I am member of a platform called Miles & More. When you travel by some airlines or stay at some hotels, you get mileage. Each month, you get a list of free airline tickets (airport tax not included) you can exhange for mileage. So, I exchange some mileage for a free airline return ticket in economy class bound for Osaka. There are restrictions though : you need to book at some period for a specific period (e.g. return ticket between 15th January and 15th February). While not being logged I click on the llama logo to check whether I was given any llamas or points. If it is positive I log in in order to reciprocate. It's been several times now that points offered to me by members have vanished when I wanted to reciprocate. (and even the members have disappeared) I wonder what the hell is going on with that DA point system!
