I finally got around to repost this along with a bio for my new fan character. Last year, I had bought her from @Huatay. After seeing this little cutie, I just had to have her, she's so precious. I would like to make it known that I did get Huatay's permission to repost her art of the character and I give all credit to Huarty for this artwork and original design.

I apologize for taking so long, I just finally got to sit down and type up my stuff in peace on one of my days off.

Dislikes: Royalty, repressions, bitter coffee, political debates, boredom.

Weaknesses: Initially, Cordelia was too trusting to strangers until an incident where it almost landed her in trouble if it wasn't for the quick-thinking of another stranger to help her out. It made her realize that trust shouldn't be given freely and people have to earn it.

Born into the opulent but confining embrace of the underwater kingdom of Nereusia, Cordelia was never one to bask in the gleaming palaces of her birthright. The eldest child of four, she felt the weight of her family's expectations to ascend the throne, yet she yearned for the thrill of adventure that lay beyond the the ocean's surface. Cordelia's curiosity for the world above grew with each whispered tale of the surface she heard from the other marine Mobians. Defying tradition and familial obligation, she ran away from her kingdom and the ocean to explore the mysterious lands that called to her heart. With a heart full of courage and a head filled with dreams, she swam to the shoreline, leaving the crown and her identity behind to live freely among land Mobians. During her travels, she met Sebastian, a charming yet insecure marine Mobian like her with secrets of his own, who became her trusted confidant, partner in adventure and love interest.
