Looking good so far, and you didn't go overboard like you did on the last game, this one is much easier to jump in and play. The other one I had to play for 3 days before I could fully take in all the options and understand all the rules. Effort versus payoff ratio should always be kept in mind.

First things first, the notes bellow the game should be above it since people read from the top down and you can't understand the powers without reading the notes first.

Since all sections are giving some type of magic the last row should probably have a different name rather then just "magic" in general. Perhaps you could get away with calling it arcane or something.

You'll need to explain what "Meta-magic" means in the context of your game.

As for "anti-magic protection" and "sense magic" this implies that you're going to be in a setting that these might be useful but the game never specifically says how. For example, if I'm given these powers in normal reality the only thing I could use "sense magic" for would be to sense my companion. You should give an indication either that others are also getting these powers, that magic is being introduced to the world, magic has secretly always been in the world, or that the player is to be transported to a fantasy universe. Perhaps even let the player choose one of these.

In the notes where it says "other power can usually be toggled on and off..." it would probably be clearer if instead of "other powers usually can be..." if it said "all powers can be toggled off and on..."

Other notes that would be helpful:
Flight: flight speed?
Super strength: how much are we talking?
self-resurrection: any limits? At what age do you resurrect as?
Teleportation: solo travel only or can I take objects and other people with me?
Regeneration: what level of regeneration are we talking? Wolverine levels?
Longevity: Going to need some numbers on that one. 200 years? 1000?
Magic and occult spells: you might also give the player a book on spells for beginners and list some spells that can be learned immediately and what you might expect to learn later on.

Looking good so far, looking forward to the next draft.
