Why is it called Romagna, if it doesn't include Romagna? Sherlock Holmes

Yeah actually, that might be handy soon, so let's start with a couple of questions.

How is the weather there?
Is the official language Malay ok for this nation? What's its history?
Without islam there, Budhist and Hinduism would be the dominant religions there, which one is the most prominent of the two?

What would you describe is the main trait of the Malay people? Meaning, when people think Malay People, what is the first thing that would come to eveyrone's mind? From an outside perspective I can see Malay have always been REALLY good seafearers.

What would the stiker tech of the land be? Notice in the maps I describe for both land and air, Light (Meaning strikers based on light vehicles and light planes) medium (based on medium tanks and medium sized planes) or heavy (That giant metal thing Charlotte Leuder uses based on heavy tanks and althought we have not seen it in the series, I wouldn't doubt an air striker based on a heavy big plane could exist)

And the most important thing, how would a witches' life be in the land? How would people threat them? What would they do? Would they be mostly military focused or would they contribute to society in other areas? How important would they be to that society? How would a witch military service be?

Here are the answers to your questions:

Weather: It is a tropical climate, with mostly hot and moist with some changes. There are two seasons, a dry season, in the early months of the year, January/February to May and a rainy season, in the later months of the year, July/August to December.

The main language in the region would be Malay. It is based mainly from Sanskrit with a few Arabic words thrown in there (*Note this only applies with Islam's arrival but without it mainly be based from Sanskrit and English as we Malays just directly translated words into Malay like van is still van Malay or we edit them slightly like transformation will become transformasi.)

Religion, Malaysia actually before Islam had several but the most prominent is Hindu therefore a true Witches World Malaya or we have decided to call it, Malacca will be predominantly Hindu with some Buddhists and other tribal religions.

There are several traits that we Malays all share besides seafaring is our love for food. Malays love to eat but besides that we are very friendly people. However if angered we Malays are tenacious fighters.

The striker tech in Malaya/Malacca will most likely be of Britannian or Fusoan origin (Most likely Fusoan because of proximity but I would think Britannian but that is going from Real World History seeing how Malaya was colonized by the British for much longer than the Japanese did during World War 2). I would believe Britannian and Malaya having close ties as the rulers of Britannia and Malaya/Malacca would have (This happened, Sultan of Johor, Sultan Sir Abu Bakar was good friends with Queen Victoria and I can't see that not happening in the WW)

But to properly answer your question, I believe Malacca would mainly focus on light strikers, medium strikers and heavy aircraft strikers is not well suited for heavy tank strikers (It is jungles and quite mountains, especially in the center of the peninsular).

As for witches, they would be highly respected and adored as Malays are very superstitious. (Even now with Islam being the religion of Malays, we still have beliefs and practices like we will apologize to the tree if we are going to urinate or defecate at its base.) Witches would be seen most likely as either healers, witch doctors and elite warriors. They would be quite high in the social pyramid most likely between the ministers and the warriors (With some probably being ministers and leaders). Also, it would be highly shameful to mistreat witches in a Malay society so yes Witches are very important in a Malay society even if it was an Islamic Malay society.

Now for military service, witches would most likely get tougher and more rigorous training than their normal soldier counterpart because of their powers and abilities, this would mean basic training (Obvious), weapons training (Again Obvious), magic sharpening (This would most likely be for those who didn't have training from their mothers and grandmothers with would be rare in a Malay society, we love to teach what our ancestors have thought us), basic striker training, then advanced striker training, advance combat training. I also would not be surprised if Silat is used for hand to hand combat as it is, done correctly a formidable fighting style which if the user wants, have deadly results. This would also means Malay witches have and edge in close quarters fighting as Silat actually prioritizes weapon training over unarmed combat and many of the weapons used in silat are close quarters. (Hell, you can use the songket, a cloth worn around the waist [basically a Malay version of the kilt] as a weapon).

I hope this all can answer your question.
