This is Shirumu, hes a yokai maverick that lurks in Light City, as he has twin dragon spirits as a scarf (as well as MMZ inspired weapons), as hes based off of my favorite yokai, Venoct

Shirumu is a dragon-snake like yokai maverick that lurks in dark alleys, as he is half dragon, half snake (or lamina) as he can shapeshift into his repile form, which is like a hydra like monster (like Slimamander) as he is normally seen ovserving the humans and thier daily life, not bothing to interfere and inspirit them, but when he does its normally for food, since hes actually very shy despite being a Maverick of strong potential, as his voice and body type do get some people confused if he is male or female, but he is both genders, but is more male (50% female, 51 precent male%), so hes normally seen in his run down temple in the mountains, wanting to stay away from most people.
